natty’s thai peanut sauce

gluten-free. vegan.

Ingredients

  • ½  cup creamy peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp GF soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice 
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger 
  • Add hot water for consistency (usually around 1/2-1 cup)

Instructions 

  1. Mince garlic & ginger. 
  2. Add all components together (expect water).
  3. Boil water & slowly add to the mixture.
  4. Mix.
  5. Enjoy!
