natty’s thai peanut sauce
gluten-free. vegan.
Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- Add hot water for consistency (usually around 1/2-1 cup)
Instructions
- Mince garlic & ginger.
- Add all components together (expect water).
- Boil water & slowly add to the mixture.
- Mix.
- Enjoy!
