matcha latte

gluten-free, vegan

ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk (recommended: malk)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
  • 2 dashes of ground cinnamon (topping)

instructions

  1. boil water.
  2. pour water into a cup or small bowl and add matcha powder.
  3. blend matcha with milk frother or your utensil of choice.
  4. for hot latte: heat up milk on stove. as it's heating, add collagen powder and honey and blend with milk frother. 
  5. for cold latte: pour milk to separate glass, add collagen powder and honey and blend with milk frother.
  6. pour matcha into mug/glass with milk.
  7. top with cinnamon.
  8. enjoy!
