matcha latte
gluten-free, vegan
ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk (recommended: malk)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen powder
- 2 dashes of ground cinnamon (topping)
instructions
- boil water.
- pour water into a cup or small bowl and add matcha powder.
- blend matcha with milk frother or your utensil of choice.
- for hot latte: heat up milk on stove. as it's heating, add collagen powder and honey and blend with milk frother.
- for cold latte: pour milk to separate glass, add collagen powder and honey and blend with milk frother.
- pour matcha into mug/glass with milk.
- top with cinnamon.
