Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender (leave out 1/4 cup of oil).
- Blend components together slowly by pulsing.
- After blended, add the rest of the oil and pulse.
- Enjoy!
