homemade mayonnaise

gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender (leave out 1/4 cup of oil).
  2. Blend components together slowly by pulsing. 
  3. After blended, add the rest of the oil and pulse.
  4. Enjoy!
