homemade grain-free granola

gluten-free. vegan.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/ cup coconut shaving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Add all nuts in a bowl and mash them.
  3. Add rest of ingredients in the bowl and mix completely.
  4. Spread granola onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle coconut shaving onto granola and mix well. 
  7. Bake for additional 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
