homemade grain-free granola
gluten-free. vegan.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cups walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/ cup coconut shaving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add all nuts in a bowl and mash them.
- Add rest of ingredients in the bowl and mix completely.
- Spread granola onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle coconut shaving onto granola and mix well.
- Bake for additional 5 minutes.
