ingredients
- 1 cup condensed coconut milk
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 date (pitted)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 4 walnuts
- 4 cashews
- 1 scoop four sigmatic protein powder
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut shreds (topping)
instructions
- blend all ingredients (except coconut shreds) in blender.
- top with coconut shreds.
