ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed coconut milk
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 date (pitted)
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 
  • 4 walnuts 
  • 4 cashews 
  • 1 scoop four sigmatic protein powder 
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • 2 dashes cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut shreds (topping)

 

instructions

  1. blend all ingredients (except coconut shreds) in blender.
  2. top with coconut shreds.
  3. enjoy!
