classic hamburger & french fries
gluten-free.
Ingredients
Hamburger
- Organic, grass-fed ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 fresh garlic cloves
- Avocado oil
- 1 tbsp salt + pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
French fries
- Russet potatoes
- 1 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt + pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
French fries
- Preheat oven at 400°
- Chop potatoes longitudinally
- Once chopped, place in baking pan
- Drizzle avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme
- Bake for about 40 minutes (or until you think it’s ready!). Add additional 5-7 minutes for crisp
Hamburger
- Season meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & a dash or two of smoked paprika (I don’t measure my spices so season to preferred taste!)
- Roll meat into balls and make them into patty form
- Let that sit
- Chop onions, mushrooms and garlic
- Drizzle avocado oil on pan
- Cook onions first for about 5 minutes on medium heat
- Cook mushrooms separately or on top of onions at medium heat
- Season both with salt + pepper
- Place patties on pan and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes (or however you prefer your meat) at medium heat
- Throw in some freshly chopped garlic for taste 👅
Top with your preferred lettuce and add any sauces if you like!
