basil pesto sauce
gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 cup basil leaves
 - 2 fresh garlic cloves
 - 1 egg
 - ½ cup avocado oil
 - ¼ cup melted butter (vegan: sub olive oil)
 - ¼ cup pine nuts
 - 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except melted butter) to a blender or food processor.
 - Add melted butter and blend.
 - Enjoy!
