classic hamburger & french fries

gluten-free.

Ingredients

Hamburger

  1. Organic, grass-fed ground beef
  2. 1 onion 
  3. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  4. 1 fresh garlic cloves
  5. Avocado oil
  6. 1 tbsp salt + pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

French fries

  1. Russet potatoes 
  2. 1 fresh garlic cloves
  3. 1 tsp salt + pepper
  4. 1 tsp smoked paprika
  5. 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

French fries

  1. Preheat oven at 400°
  2. Chop potatoes longitudinally 
  3. Once chopped, place in baking pan
  4. Drizzle avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes (or until you think it’s ready!). Add additional 5-7 minutes for crisp

Hamburger

  1. Season meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, & a dash or two of smoked paprika (I don’t measure my spices so season to preferred taste!)
  2. Roll meat into balls and make them into patty form
  3. Let that sit
  4. Chop onions, mushrooms and garlic 
  5. Drizzle avocado oil on pan
  6. Cook onions first for about 5 minutes on medium heat
  7. Cook mushrooms separately or on top of onions at medium heat
  8. Season both with salt + pepper
  9. Place patties on pan and cook each side for about 3-4 minutes (or however you prefer your meat) at medium heat
  10. Throw in some freshly chopped garlic for taste 👅 

Top with your preferred lettuce and add any sauces if you like!
